Job Description

The European Controllership Team is responsible for the accounting and finance activities for many entities across Europe, supporting the Operational and Commercial businesses as well as compliance with local requirements. This entry level role has a key focus on treasury and payment activity, but it will also involve supporting UK, Spanish, Irish, Portuguese and Greek businesses that fall within the ‘Cardtronics’ sub-division of NCR Atleos, giving exposure to a range of financial processes and concepts.

Job Duties

  • Treasury platform admin and coordination on payment issues/queries – Barclays/HSBC/BOS/Citibank
  • Ireland & Greece banking, cashflow reporting and forecasting
  • Audit support on data provision when needed (internal and external audit, will include invoice copy extraction and collation, transaction listings and TB being run)
  • ATMaaS revenue pass through tracking (reconciling the account, paying funds to the FIs and coordination on approvals and queries)
  • Work Order and Sales Order report tracking (running reports and chasing operational teams on required housekeeping activity)
  • Fixed Asset processing and system process execution in Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Balance sheet reconciliation preparation (Oracle ARCS)
  • Office/IT purchasing and admin - PO creation, team coordination on purchasing requirements, post, shredding and archiving
  • Business rates management: coordination with business rates consultant, data provision, query resolution, business coordination (such as de-install packs), payment instalment review and approval coordination
  • UK Purchase Order process and tracking on overhead areas – such as Employee Benefits and insurance

We are looking for a candidate that has relevant experience of financial/administrative processes and/or a financial graduate that is looking to gain entry level exposure to working within a finance function. Longer term opportunities for training and development can be considered where appropriate to the role, including accounting industry qualifications.
