About The Role

The Lead Finance Analyst role at Parkdean Resorts is a pivotal position within the Finance Shared Services team. This newly created role is designed to strengthen the quality, consistency, and impact of financial reporting across the business. As a key leader, you will oversee all scheduled reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insightful analysis that supports strategic decision-making. You will lead the development of innovative reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical tools, while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence financial performance, mentor a team of Finance Analysts, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments. The successful candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement to help elevate the company’s financial reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data presentation
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven team management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of financial and KPI reporting across Finance Shared Services
  • Oversee the reporting schedule, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are consistently met
  • Develop and maintain insightful dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs to support business performance
  • Own and execute the team’s continuous improvement roadmap, coordinating initiatives to high standards
  • Support, coach, and develop Finance Analysts to maximize team potential
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with evolving business needs
  • Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports and analyses for senior management and internal stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
