Finance Analyst

We’re looking for a finance analyst to join our team here at Starbucks. A place where you’re valued, challenged, and inspired. Where your voice is brewed into everything we do. At Starbucks, we’re all about you.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of forecasting, planning, performance reporting, and financial analysis across assigned functions, coordinating the forecast cycle, consolidating inputs from Finance Business Partners, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders. You will also develop dashboards and analytical tools to enhance decision-making, produce weekly and monthly performance reporting, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide ad hoc financial analysis across a range of commercial and operational initiatives.

We’ll look to you to bring your relevant finance qualifications and experience, ideally being part or recently qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), ideally within multisite retail or large corporate environments. You’ll be a data analytics and systems expertise with advanced Power BI and Excel skills, with experience using SQL, Alteryx, Anaplan or similar tools to manage, transform and analyse data with a proven ability to automate reporting, improve data quality, build dashboards and generate actionable business insights. We’re looking to see your commercial acumen and business partnering experience, working cross-functionally as a trusted finance partner, supporting decision-making and explaining complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders, which means you’ll need strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
