As a Finance Analyst in the manufacturing sector, you'll play a key role in supporting the accounting and finance department by analysing financial data and providing valuable insights.
Based in Tamworth, this role will help the company make informed decisions and drive financial performance.

Our client is a growing organisation and looking to add a Finance Analyst to their team in Tamworth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a commercial role as a Finance Analyst. This position is a hybrid role which is paying up to £55,000.

Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide detailed financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather data and support financial planning.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Profile
A Successful Finance Analyst Should Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Experience in preparing and interpreting financial reports.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
