Warwickshire - Hybrid Working - £54,000 - £60,000

Are you a commercially minded Finance Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business insight?

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a market-leading organisation. This role offers the chance to join a specialist finance team where analysis, forecasting and business partnering are central to supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant or analyst looking to step into a highly visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence key business outcomes.

The Role

As a Finance Analyst, you'll be responsible for analysing financial and operational data, supporting forecasting processes, maintaining financial models, and delivering insights that help shape business decisions.

Working closely with finance, commercial and operational teams, you'll provide clear recommendations, challenge assumptions, and ensure stakeholders have access to accurate and meaningful financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and improve financial models used to support forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring assumptions are robust and clearly understood.

  • Partner with teams across the organisation to improve understanding of financial performance drivers.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies across financial reporting activities.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and help deliver actionable recommendations to enhance performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
