Position Summary

Join our FP&A team and help the business make informed commercial decisions through clear financial insight and analysis. As a Finance Analyst, you'll contribute to forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting and business analysis, enabling stakeholders to understand trends, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

If you're curious, enjoy solving problems and want to make an impact through data and insight, we'd love to hear from you.

Work Pattern: This role is based in our modern Manchester office and requires attendance four days per week. Regular on-site working is essential, as the role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and the wider finance team.

Please note: We’re unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Dare to be Bold – You will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and proactively problem solve.
  • Uphold Integrity – You will champion quality, accountability, and best practices.
  • Never Settle – You will continuously look for ways to drive efficiencies and improve how we plan, report and make decisions.
  • Celebrate Perspectives – You will collaborate with a range of stakeholders who bring different skills and viewpoints.
  • Win as a Team – You will support others, share knowledge, and help the wider team deliver exceptional outcomes together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
