Job Description

Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning financial data into meaningful business insight?

We are looking for a Finance Analyst III to join our team at our Loughborough manufacturing site, where you will work closely with the Operations Leadership Team to influence financial performance, support strategic decision-making and help drive continuous improvement across the site. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just reporting. You will have the opportunity to understand how the operation works, identify opportunities to improve performance, challenge the way things are done and make a tangible difference to the business.

You will join a collaborative and supportive finance team where flexibility, teamwork and making an impact are valued.

The role offers hybrid working (2–3 days per week in the office)

Why this role?

This is a role with genuine visibility and influence. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain and site leadership, providing the financial insight they need to make better decisions.

We are looking for someone with the confidence to ask questions, spot gaps and suggest better ways of working. Manufacturing finance experience would be desirable, but we are also open to candidates who have built strong finance experience in distribution, supply chain or another operational environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
