Finance Analyst
This Finance Analyst role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic Investment Management firm, where you'll be responsible for providing meaningful financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and delivering high-quality reporting to inform key business decisions.

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Investment Management firm with a track record of delivering strong results for institutional and retail clients.
Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends or variances.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required.

Profile
A Successful Finance Analyst Should Have
- 1-2 years' finance experience within an Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services firm.
- Progress towards an ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification (part-qualified preferred).
- A strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- An understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
- A proactive and organised approach, with a genuine interest in the Investment Management industry.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
