The Mandate
We are partnering with a London‑based asset manager to appoint a high‑calibre Finance Analyst into their central finance function. This role is a key enabler for the firm’s strategic priorities, change programmes, and commercial growth agenda.
The Role
This is a commercially‑focused finance seat with genuine impact. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead complex financial modelling, scenario analysis and business case development. You’ll evaluate strategic initiatives, support benefits tracking, and provide decision support across both organic expansion and potential inorganic opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
- Technical Depth: Advanced financial modelling capability with the ability to structure and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Commercial Agility: Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate financial mechanics into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
- Strategic Exposure: Experience supporting M&A, restructuring, transformation or cost‑optimisation initiatives within asset management or regulated financial services.
- Autonomous Execution: A proactive operator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes full ownership of deliverables, and challenges assumptions constructively.
