Ready to turn data into decisions?
We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving business performance across our auction and enterprise sales operations.
This is much more than a reporting role. You'll partner with senior stakeholders, influence commercial decisions, analyse business performance, and provide the financial insight that helps shape strategy and profitability.
If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems with data, and want a role where your analysis genuinely makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Finance Analyst, you'll provide financial and commercial support across the business, helping leaders make informed decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering insightful financial and operational performance analysis
- Supporting monthly forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities
- Analysing customer profitability, revenue trends, and commercial performance
- Producing management information and performance reporting for key stakeholders
- Supporting pricing reviews, contract negotiations, and tender submissions
- Calculating and managing sales commission schemes accurately and efficiently
- Building financial models to evaluate commercial opportunities and business initiatives
- Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and senior leadership teams to improve performance
- Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through meaningful data analysis
- Contributing to continuous improvements in reporting, processes, and controls

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
