FINANCE ANALYST - LONDON

POSITION SUMMARY
inhabeo is seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and analytically strong analyst to join the team in London. Reporting to the Finance Director, the analyst will assist the team with the reporting, oversight and performance tracking of inhabeo’s growing living platform. The candidate will monitor portfolio performance against business plan and will be expected to participate in special assignments supporting the growth of the business.
Strong communication and disciplined process execution are essential, together with the ability to build effective partnerships across inhabeo and KKR, including the asset management and investment teams, banks, clients, external property managers, accountants and auditors. The ambition is to leverage modern technology, AI and best-in-class principles to digitalise and automate internal and external processes. The role will be based in central London, with some potential for hybrid working.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of reporting for KKR, management, investors and lenders; conduct supporting research and respond to inquiries
- Reconcile, analyse, prepare and report findings on asset and portfolio performance against budget and business plan assumptions, with clear variance analysis
- Liaise and manage communication with third stakeholders on a daily basis to provide oversight over cash reconciliations and variance resolutions, authorization, execution as well as review of financial statements, P&Ls, cash flow statements and liquidity management.
- Maintain and enhance portfolio models; implement and enhance established workstreams with the objective of ensuring optimal reporting outcomes
- Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency and the strengthening of financial controls and reporting frameworks. Curiosity to innovate alongside AI progress, data science and cloud-based solutions for a best-in-class financial infrastructure

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree educated with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, audit or financial reporting and completed ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge, ideally gained within real estate, asset management or financial services environments
- Superior analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Prompt engineering for Antrophic or OpenAI developed AI models & Power BI a plus
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness despite time constraints and fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded, proactive and intellectually curious, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills, able to work independently and in a way that reflects inhabeo’s culture and core values
