LeMieux is the UK’s fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brand, with a global community and big ambitions. Our success is driven by talented people who share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We’re seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.
What You’ll Do
- Own SKU-level landed-cost accounting across the UK, US and EU, capturing the full cost of each product from ex-factory price to tariffs, duties and freight
- Identify, reconcile and explain purchase price, freight and duty variances against standard costs, and forecast their P&L impact
- Review and update SKU standard costs annually so variances are minimised and inventory values stay accurate
- Keep inventory quantities and values accurate across freight-forwarder warehouses in Asia, goods in transit, our UK warehouse and our US and EU 3PLs
- Flag slow-moving and obsolete stock, assess provisions with Inventory Planning and Merchandising, and help maximise recovery on end-of-life inventory
- Check that inventory processes such as cycle counts, returns and samples work as intended, and identify shrinkage, discrepancies and losses
- Prepare and analyse the monthly warehouse and distribution P&L, and support budgets and forecasts built on volume, product mix, order size, labour and capacity
- Build dashboards and KPIs covering cost per order, unit and shipment, labour cost, capacity utilisation and wider cost-to-serve
- Benchmark our own warehouse against 3PL operations and support decisions on capacity and automation investment
- Model key commercial decisions, from air vs sea freight and where to hold stock, to MOQs, container fill, delivery pricing and delivery frequency
- Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Buying and Merchandising to improve gross margin, reduce cost-to-serve and strengthen working capital
- Go beyond reporting the numbers: understand the drivers, spot opportunities and risks, and give clear recommendations on what the business should do next
- Replace manual reporting with automated, insightful dashboards wherever possible

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
