Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support a growing finance function during an exciting period of transformation. The role will support financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and financial control activities, while helping to develop a newly established Group Reporting function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional seeking exposure to senior stakeholders, finance transformation, and career development within a progressive finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insight into trends and variances.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Support month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Produce management information and KPI reporting.
- Contribute to the development of Group Reporting processes.
- Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Build effective relationships with finance and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, part-qualified, or studying.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a commercial finance role.
- Experience in a Finance Analyst, Management Accountant, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience of financial reporting or financial control.
- Exposure to group reporting, consolidation, or finance transformation projects.
- Experience with ERP or reporting systems.
- Experience supporting financial consolidations, including reconciliations, validation, and intercompany balance reviews.
- Working knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements.
- Experience using financial consolidation and reporting systems (e.g., Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, or similar).
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP or equivalent.
