Finance Analyst Role in Tamworth
The Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making within the organisation in Tamworth.

This is a hybrid opportunity paying up to £55,000.
Description
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reports, and forecasts.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Identify and analyse key financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and financial plans.
- Support senior management with data-driven insights and financial modelling.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.

Profile
A Successful Finance Analyst Should Have
- A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be Qualified by Experience.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Able to commute to our client's office in Tamworth.
