Role Description

This is a full-time Finance and Accounting role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines office presence and some work from home. The position also requires:

  • Supporting audit processes
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
  • Identifying opportunities to improve financial controls and reporting efficiency

The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders, communicate financial insights clearly, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Solid knowledge of finance principles and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements and related reports.
  • Foundational accounting skills, including general ledger management and reconciliations.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are an advantage.
  • Experience with accounting and ERP software, as well as strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to ethical and compliant financial practices.
