About The Role
Rochdale Town Hall is an iconic Grade 1 listed building, after a four year National Lottery Heritage fund restoration project we are open to the public as a visitor attraction, for Events and dining in the Martlet Kitchen. We are looking for a Finance and Administration Manager to join our team to support the Operations of the Town Hall generations.
The role will involve
- Supporting the Town Hall in delivering an efficient, effective and customer-focused finance service.
- Provide accurate financial information, advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders to support decision-making and service planning.
- Manage key financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, income collection, reconciliations, banking and cash management.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, aged debt, taking proactive action to address issues and maximise income collection.
- Work closely with budget holders to maintain robust forecasting, understand key cost drivers and improve financial performance.
