Finance & Business Coordinator
Location: City of London - On site 5 days until training is complete, then 1 day WFH per week
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
Type: Full Time, Permanent

We're looking for a driven, organised and commercially-minded Finance & Business Coordinator to join our growing Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics graduate, or someone who has completed a Finance, Business Administration or Accountancy Apprenticeship, and is looking to build a long-term career within a fast-paced, ambitious business.
You'll gain exposure across finance, business operations, reporting, administration and commercial support, working closely with senior stakeholders and learning how a high-growth international company operates behind the scenes.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and supporting business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Finance Administration
- Processing invoices and maintaining financial records
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Assisting with reconciliations and financial reporting
- Ensuring finance systems and records remain accurate and up to date
Business & Operational Support
- Maintaining operational trackers, databases and reporting tools
- Supporting month-end and year-end administrative processes
- Producing reports and business insights using Excel and internal systems
- Assisting with process improvements and operational efficiencies

Data & Reporting
- Preparing regular performance reports and dashboards
- Analysing business data to identify trends and opportunities
- Supporting management with ad hoc reporting requirements
- Ensuring data accuracy across systems and records
Stakeholder Support
- Working closely with internal teams across finance, operations and leadership
- Managing queries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting key business projects and initiatives as required
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or a related subject, or completion of a relevant apprenticeship
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable
- Experience using finance systems or CRM platforms
- Previous finance, administration or operations experience through placements, internships or apprenticeships
- Working towards or interested in studying AAT, ACCA, CIMA or similar qualifications
