The Finance and Office Administrator
The Finance and Office Administrator will undertake general duties of office administration, supporting the Finance Manager with financial and office management processes and systems.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Processing of purchase invoices; purchase orders and invoicing
- Bank accounts and credit cards reconciliations
- Purchase ledger check
- Processing weekly and monthly payments and expenses
- Administration of the timesheet system and project finance trackers
- Prepare changes and process payroll
- Creation of sales invoices
- Participate in preparation of annual accounts, budgets, surveys and R&D claims
- Assist in dealing with external agencies for tax preparation, auditing and banking as necessary
- Any other reasonable requests

- Highly developed problem solving and practical skills
