FINANCE & OPERATIONS MANAGER

London | Permanent | ASAP

We are supporting a fast-growing international energy and infrastructure developer looking for a hands-on Finance & Operations Manager.

The key requirement is genuine project-accounting experience.

We are looking to speak to accountants who have worked within a project-led business and understands how costs and revenues are recorded, allocated, forecast, and reported against individual projects.

  • Monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Project budgets, cost codes, allocations, and variance analysis.
  • Project and SPV accounting and reporting.
  • Multi-entity and intercompany accounting.
  • Cash flow, payments, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
  • Supporting audit, tax, payroll, VAT, and statutory reporting.
  • Helping improve finance processes and controls as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Experience within energy, infrastructure, data centres, engineering, construction, or project development would be particularly relevant.
  • You must be hands-on, commercially aware, highly organised, and comfortable taking ownership within a small, entrepreneurial business.
