Finance & Treasury Analyst – 12-Month FTC
We are partnering with a high-profile international executive search and professional services firm to appoint a Finance & Treasury Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover.
The business works with some of the world's leading organisations, supporting them with senior leadership and executive talent across areas including Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, Strategy and Risk. With an established international presence across the UK, US, Europe and Asia, the business operates a complex, multi-entity finance function with a genuinely global remit.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established but entrepreneurial finance team, working closely with the Financial Controller and wider business. The role offers broad exposure across treasury, banking, financial accounting, payments and finance transformation, with significant autonomy and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the finance team's key point of contact for banking, treasury, corporate cards and staff/candidate expenses
- Support the month-end close, including banking transactions, journals and account reconciliations
- Coordinate supplier payment runs and other banking transactions across multiple entities and currencies
- Support cash flow forecasting, currency management and intercompany bank transfers
- Assist with finance transformation projects, including ERP enhancements, automation and process improvements
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Assist with tax filings, supplier onboarding and wider finance requests
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, controls and reporting
- Work closely with Finance, IT and wider business stakeholders on systems and process improvements
We're looking for someone with:

- Previous experience within banking, treasury or a finance operations environment
- Experience working across multiple currencies and legal entities
- Strong Excel skills and a data-driven approach
- Good understanding of banking, payments and reconciliations
- Experience with finance systems, reporting or process improvement
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders
This is a great opportunity to join an international, multi-entity professional services business and gain broad exposure across treasury, banking, accounting and finance transformation. You'll work closely with senior members of the Finance team and have the opportunity to take ownership of key processes, contribute to wider transformation projects and work with stakeholders across multiple international markets.
