Finance Applications Manager
Location: London, UK
Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + benefits
We are looking for an experienced Finance Applications Manager to take ownership of a broad enterprise finance application ecosystem which includes Infor OS, Infor IDM, Infor SunSystems Cloud and Infor Q&A
This is a key role within Enterprise Services, responsible for the operational ownership, service management, technical coordination and continuous improvement of finance applications and their associated integrations.
You will work closely with Finance, IT Operations, technical teams and external technology partners to ensure finance systems are reliable, secure, well-controlled, supportable and aligned with business needs.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong experience in finance systems, enterprise applications, ERP platforms and IT service management, who enjoys taking ownership and working across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the day-to-day operation of the finance application estate.
- Provide application support, incident triage and problem management, with particular focus on month-end critical services.
- Monitor application availability, interfaces, scheduled tasks, logs and service health.
- Coordinate the resolution of application, integration and data issues across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Oversee integrations, APIs and data flows across finance and adjacent business systems.
- Manage application access, roles, permissions, SSO, joiner/mover/leaver processes and segregation of duties.
- Ensure appropriate change, configuration, testing and release controls are followed.
- Support upgrades, patches, enhancements and new application implementations.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, known-error records and service reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships, escalations, support agreements, licences and service costs.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements across finance applications.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and greater operational efficiency.
