Apprentice Finance Department at The Royal Albert Hall
The Royal Albert Hall is one of the world’s most iconic entertainment venues, with an unrivalled history of events and performances from world-class artists. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our Finance Department, in which they will gain valuable skills and experience in a range of financial and accounting area to start their career in this field, while gaining a AAT qualification.
Key Elements of the Job
- Accounts payable e.g. purchase orders, invoicing, supplier payments
- Accounts receivable banking e.g. sales invoices, setting up new customers
- Financial accounting e.g. assist with payroll, audits, balance sheet reconciliation
- Financial planning & reporting e.g. preparing management accounts, forecast reports

You will gain practical experience, and essential skills through a blend of workplace learning, formal training, and hands-on practice, and complete the AAT Level 3 Standard. You will be supported through the apprenticeship journey by our finance team, our external training provider (Kaplan Financial), and our Learning and Development Manager.
Criteria
- A genuine interest in gaining experience in finance and accounting and a desire to learn
- Be 18 or over
- Be eligible to work in the UK
Please note this apprenticeship is not already educated to degree level. We are interested in hearing from individuals who may not be in education or employment or have had setbacks in life and are now ready to embark on a new career journey.

Working Hours
Working hours will usually be 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Working hours will include 1 day for training sessions and for studying, as required by apprenticeship training rules.
Deadlines
The closing date for this role is at 12pm on 13 November 2026. All applicants must be available for a first interview on the week commencing Monday 23 November 2026.
