If you're motivated, eager to learn, and ready to build a successful career in finance, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and contribute to live finance projects, assisting with data analysis, reporting, process improvements, and other key departmental initiatives.
  • Assist with a range of financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, budgeting support, and management reporting, as appropriate to the stage of the apprenticeship.
  • Provide reception cover when required, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Carry out a variety of day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure all apprenticeship, finance, and company documentation is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across the business, demonstrating a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including health and safety and data protection standards.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties, tasks, or projects as required to support the ongoing needs and objectives of the Finance Department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
