You’ll quickly discover there’s a lot more to our Finance Apprenticeship than crunching numbers. For a start, you’ll get lots of training and experience in core operational areas of our business. You can gain further qualifications and build your career as you learn.
What You’ll Do
The apprenticeship is AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) you will begin your journey on a Level 3 program after which you will complete the Level 4, both levels will take approximately 36 months to complete. You’ll acquire technical accounting knowledge (for understanding basic accounts and financial statements). Gain knowledge of our business, ethical standards, rules and regulations, and be introduced to our systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5 GCSEs of at least grade C/Level 4 including Maths & English or equivalent
- Natural curiosity, flexibility, and a talent for connecting with people
- Good communication skills are essential - challenging views and influencing decisions will be a big part of your role
