Eight Financial Advice - Whiteley
As a Finance Apprentice working for Eight Financial Advice, you will be providing support to the larger Finance Team for all group companies. Part of your role will involve assisting in the day-to-day financial activities, these include but are not limited to bookkeeping, assisting with year end accounts, monthly payroll and pension assistance and financial reporting. Alongside practice on the job training you will also complete AAT Level 2 initially before continuing with further finance based qualifications.

The role:
- Assisting with monthly payroll
- Analysing and inputting financial information, both UK and international
- Invoice preparation
- Reconciliations
- Financial Administrative tasks
- Assisting with year-end payroll
- Multi-Currency Bookkeeping and Reporting
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
Requirements
- Willingness to learn
- Confident in dealing with relevant stakeholders' queries, resolving or referring where necessary
- Clear and concise communication, influencing skills
- Organised and ability to deliver on tight deadlines
- Have attention to detail and able to prioritise
