The Role
As a Finance Apprentice, you’ll get real hands-on experience from day one while working towards your AAT qualification. You’ll spend four days a week working alongside our Finance team, learning how finance supports the wider business and developing your skills in areas such as reporting, analysing information, budgeting and forecasting. You’ll also have one day a week dedicated to your apprenticeship and development.

As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and, following AAT, potentially continue your studies towards ACCA or CIMA.
Skills You Need
- Comfortable working with basic maths and keen to develop confidence in handling financial information.
- Eager to pick up new skills, take on training and grow knowledge of finance and business.
- Takes care when completing tasks and checking work to make sure it is accurate.
- Able to manage study and work commitments and meet deadlines.
- Enjoys working with others, asking questions and contributing as part of a team.
