£25,000 - £27,000 DOE
Hybrid – Stockport

Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Finance Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines financial administration with operational and office support.
You’ll work closely with our Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial processing, efficient business operations, and an exceptional experience for our partners and suppliers. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop their career in both finance and operations.

Areas of Responsibility
Finance Support
- Assist with processing purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit notes.
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes, including data entry and report preparation.
- Help manage accounts payable and receivable tasks in coordination with the Finance team.
- Maintain accurate financial records in our internal systems.
- Assist with expense reporting and employee reimbursements.
- Assist with managing the finance inbox and any queries from stakeholders

Entry Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or finance support role is preferred.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is a plus (desirable to have experience with Sage Intaact)
