Finance Assistant
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Full time office based and after probation they can offer 2 days a week from home
We're recruiting a Finance Assistant to join an ambitious and growing company in the heart of London Bridge. This role offers hands-on finance experience within a lively, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.
- Loading supplier invoices and sending for approval
- Processing monthly payment runs
- Updating the cashbook on their accounting system
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Handling general enquiries
- Preparing commission statements efficiently
- Loading sale invoices
- Assist with debt collecting
- Overseeing the sales statement process

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in Purchase Ledger
- Proficiency in using Sage software is beneficial
- An accounting qualification, preferably AAT Level 3 or equivalent is beneficial
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management
