Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
  • Raising invoices and resolving finance queries
  • Processing receipts and payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end finance activities
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the wider finance function

This is a full-time, term-time only position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Confidence using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
