Finance Assistant
£21,060 FTE | 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday | Temp-to-Perm
A finance role with structure, variety and flexibility
We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join a busy team in a hands-on role combining finance administration, data entry and general office support.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking to get into a role where they can prove themselves and build a long-term career.

This is a processing-focused role, with your day-to-day responsibilities including:
- Processing sales and purchase invoices.
- Supporting debt collection and making customer calls where required.
- Entering and maintaining data across MIS and stock control systems.
- Assisting with material and consumables purchasing.
- Supporting costs analysis.
- General administration, scanning and filing.
- Maintaining accurate financial and stock records.
- Providing holiday cover for purchasing activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Most Importantly, We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Confident
- Chatty
