We're looking for an experienced Finance Assistant who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and is happy working across a varied workload. From accounts payable and reconciliations to fleet administration and credit control support, no two days are quite the same.

- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Supporting all aspects of the Accounts Payable function
- Completing supplier statement and account reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
- Providing credit control support, including customer portal management and invoice uploads
- Assisting with the administration of our fleet of over 150 company vehicles
- Supporting month-end processes where required
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Providing general administrative and ad hoc support to the wider Finance team
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts or finance role
- Has Sage experience (preferred but not essential)
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and other business systems
- Has excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Thrives as part of a team and is willing to support colleagues when needed
- Takes a proactive and positive approach to their work

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
- Flexible start time between 8:00am and 9:00am
- 30-minute lunch break
- Hybrid working available (up to 2 days from home once fully trained)
