Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Finance Assistant based in Glasgow, with a salary of around £30,000 with hybrid working & other perks and benefits.

The Role

The permanent Finance Assistant will work directly with the Finance Director, and Head of Finance giving the successful candidate amazing exposure & growth opportunities.

The Finance Director is committed to helping the successful candidate grow within their career, allowing them exposure to month-end management accounts, forecasts, budgets etc.

The key components of the role will be:

  • Managing client queries via email and telephone.
  • Processing client payments, refunds and invoicing.
  • Performing bank and account reconciliations.
  • Supporting purchase ledger processing and payment runs.
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Resolving supplier queries and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supporting the Finance Director with ad hoc finance duties.

Candidate Profile

We are keen to engage professionals, who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in a accounts / finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Confidence communicating with clients or stakeholders
