As a Finance Assistant, you play a supporting role within our UK finance team. You help ensure the smooth processing of both incoming and outgoing invoices and maintain accurate financial records across accounts payable and accounts receivable.

As a Finance Assistant at Quatra UK, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing purchase invoices and ensuring timely and accurate posting in the accounting system
  • Raising sales invoices and following up on outstanding customer payments
  • Reconciling supplier and customer accounts and processing credit notes
  • Supporting monthly closing activities and bank reconciliations
  • Handling finance queries from internal teams, suppliers and customers
  • Actively contributing ideas to improve our financial and administrative processes

What We're Looking For:

  • You have some experience in an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable or finance support role, or are a recent graduate eager to learn
  • You are working towards an AAT qualification or interested in starting one
  • You work accurately and in a structured manner, with a strong eye for detail
  • You have good Excel skills; knowledge of an ERP system is a plus
  • You are organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload
  • You communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-growing, international environment
