We’re looking for a Finance Assistant who’s ready to bring energy, accuracy, and initiative to a growing finance department. If you enjoy problem-solving, building strong internal and external relationships, and keeping financial operations running smoothly, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Raise accurate sales invoices in line with agreed pricing, contracts, and terms
- Ensure invoices are issued promptly and correctly
- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts
- Allocate customer payments accurately against invoices
- Monitor aged debt and follow up outstanding balances
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments in a professional manner
- Post cash receipts and reconcile sales ledger balances
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Produce aged debtor and ad-hoc reports
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls
- Support audits and work closely with other teams
