Finance Assistant (Purchase Ledger)
Location: London Bridge
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant (Purchase Ledger) to join a busy and supportive finance team based near London Bridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with existing purchase ledger experience who is looking to develop their career within a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and loading supplier invoices onto the accounting system
- Circulating invoices internally for approval
- Supporting monthly payment runs
- Updating and maintaining the cash book
- Liaising with suppliers and resolving invoice queries
- Handling general finance-related enquiries
- Preparing commission statements
- Raising and loading sales invoices
- Supporting credit control and debt collection activities
- Assisting with sales statement processes

Requirements
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience essential
- Experience using Sage preferred
- AAT Level 3 or equivalent desirable
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across teams
- Organised with good time management skills
- Positive, proactive approach with a collaborative attitude
