About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, who is comfortable with the daily operations of finance and enjoys engaging across various areas rather than focusing solely on one process.
Key Requirements
- A good all-round transactional finance background, particularly in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Comfort with the day-to-day finance function, including processing payments, completing bank reconciliations, supporting month-end, and liaising with suppliers.
- Confidence in working accurately and taking ownership of tasks, particularly for manual payment processing.
- Genuine interest in becoming a long-term part of the business, building relationships, and developing responsibilities over time.
- Dependability, hands-on approach, and commercial awareness.

About the Company
The client is keen to bring someone in before their current Finance Assistant leaves in October, to allow for a proper handover and for the successful candidate to learn the business thoroughly.

Working Environment
The role is fully office-based, 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an office environment and enjoy being part of a team.
