📌 Finance Assistant – Full Time
📍 Head Office, Dartford | Monday–Friday (Office Based)
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Finance Assistant to join our Head Office team in Dartford. If you’re organised, numerate, and enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
🔎 About the Role
As our Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable – processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, managing payment runs
- Accounts Receivable – raising invoices, allocating payments, handling customer queries
- General Administrative Support – assisting the finance team with filing, data entry, document management, and other office tasks
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth financial processes

- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Office based at our Dartford Head Office

We’d love to hear from candidates who are:
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial systems
- Organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Great team players with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Experienced in a similar finance or administrative role (preferred but not essential)
