We’re on the lookout for a Finance Assistant (Business Partnering) to join our fab finance team.

You’ll be working alongside our brilliant Finance Business Partners to help us make smart decisions, plan for the future, and bring our financial story to life.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be diving into a variety of exciting tasks, working hand-in-hand with both finance and operational teams to explore what’s really driving our performance. From building financial models and digging into data to support smart decision-making, to helping shape our monthly finance reports so they’re clear and useful for everyone – you’ll be right at the heart of it all.

You’ll also get involved in projects around cost management and investment appraisals, while supporting our budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. And along the way, you’ll be building great relationships across the business and making sure our numbers tell a story that everyone can understand.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong numerical skills and experience working within a finance team.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insight.
  • Confidence using technology and data to inform decision-making, including analysing large and complex datasets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective relationships and work with others to achieve shared goals.

What’s in it for you…

This a full-time temporary role with a salary of £34,532.23 per annum, for a 35 hour week plus 26 days annual leave (rising annually to 31 days) plus Bank Holidays.
