Location – Warrington (WA3 6UT)
As a Finance Assistant, you will be reporting to the Finance Team Leader and will be responsible to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and expense claims, while maintaining strong controls and compliance standards.
The role also supports internal and external audits and contributes to the smooth operation of finance processes across the business.
What you will be doing:
- Overhead purchase ledger management
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Credit card management and reconciliation
- Payment processing
- IBA Reconciliation
- Travel and Expense management and processing
- Support with internal and external audit
