Finance Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with financial reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the financial health of the organization. Duties
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases regularly
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely payments and collections
- Help monitor budgets and track financial transactions against forecasts
- Respond to internal inquiries related to billing, payments, or account status
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data as requested

Requirements
- AAT Level 3
- Proven experience or strong interest in finance, accounting, or related fields
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
