About The Role
We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our friendly Finance team, working within the Income and Arrears function. You’ll help keep our banking records accurate by posting daily bank activity, allocating receipts and completing weekly transfers between our income and finance systems.
You’ll also process refunds, write-offs and adjustments, resolve payment queries, support arrears administration and act as a key contact for Housing colleagues and external stakeholders.
About You
You’ll have experience in a finance administration role and be confident using Microsoft Office and finance systems such as Oracle NetSuite or similar.
Organised, accurate and approachable, you’ll be comfortable handling telephone and email queries, building positive working relationships and prioritising your work to meet deadlines.

The Finance Team comprises 18 roles split into 3 teams led by Heads of: Business Partnering & Expenditure, Financial Accounting & Income and Long-Term Financial Planning & Treasury. The Finance Assistant – Income & Arrears role reports into Finance Manager – Income & Arrears.
