Finance Assistant
Location: Bond Street
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team, supporting day-to-day financial operations across multiple group entities and currencies.
The role will focus primarily on accounts payable, accounts receivable, recharges and general financial accounting support, while also helping improve finance processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, employee expenses and company AMEX expenses.
- Prepare payment runs and support timely payments.
- Manage monthly fund, deal and intercompany recharges.
- Prepare quarterly management fee invoices.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and support bank reconciliations.
- Support monthly intercompany and wider financial accounting processes.
- Identify and support improvements to finance processes and controls.

About You

- AAT qualified/part-qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification.
- Previous experience in accounts payable, transactional finance or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Good Excel knowledge; NetSuite and SAP Concur experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working to daily and monthly deadlines.
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
- Experience working across multiple currencies is desirable.
- Proactive approach to improving processes.
