Finance Assistant
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join a growing Finance Team, supporting the Accounts Payable function and wider finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily maintenance of cash books and preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
- Support cash-flow analysis and other routine financial reporting.
- Assist with the approval and processing of invoices, expenses, and payments through banking systems.
- Collate corporate credit card reports and support the timely approval and reconciliation of statements.
- Work closely with the Underwriting Team to prepare invoices for premiums due and maintain accurate invoice records.
- Assist with processing and reconciling settled direct business, including preparing documentation once premiums have been received.
- Support transactional posting, journals, and other month-end accounting activities.
- Assist with audit requests and other ad hoc Finance tasks.

- Previous finance/accounting experience or relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
