As a Finance Assistant in the Retail Industry Based in Guildford
You'll handle day-to-day financial tasks to support the smooth running of the accounting and finance department. This temporary role will see you working on a variety of tasks, ensuring the financial operations remain accurate and efficient.

Description
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions for accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
- Assist with VAT returns and compliance documentation.
- Respond to financial queries from internal teams and suppliers.
- Prepare financial data for review by senior staff.
- Contribute to improving financial processes and systems.

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

Job Offer
A salary of up to £30,000.
