Finance Assistant
Location: Nuneaton, North Warwickshire
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Part Time | 20-25 Hours Per Week | 3 Days Per Week

At Forge Care, we provide high-quality care and support for children and young people. We're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Finance Assistant to support our busy finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance or accounts experience who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and wants to be part of an organisation that makes a real difference.
The Role
You will support the day-to-day running of the finance function, helping to ensure financial information is processed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing invoices and supplier payments
- Supporting credit control
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with payroll and staff expenses
- Supporting month-end finance processes
- Responding to finance queries from colleagues and suppliers
- General administration and finance support duties
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous finance, accounts or bookkeeping experience
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Is confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- Has strong organisational skills
- Can work independently and manage their workload effectively
- Has a professional and positive approach
