About Oneglobal

On a mission to reinvigorate broking. Oneglobal is a commercial insurance and reinsurance broker set up with the singular focus of improving the way in which businesses around the world manage risk via insurance.

We think broking needs a refresh, and that our approach builds that foundation. We have ambitious plans for the future and are looking to grow our talented team. If you would like to find out more about Oneglobal, please visit our website or our LinkedIn page.

The Role

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our Finance team, based in our London office. This role will work closely with colleagues across the Finance function while also acting as a key liaison with one of our Group's entities, Life & Annuity Services Ltd (LAS).

The successful candidate will take ownership of understanding and managing the company's policies, processes, and workflows, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective alignment of systems, processes, and outputs. A key focus of the role will be driving efficiency and automation, ensuring revenue is accurately recorded within our IBA system, and overseeing the completion of day-to-day finance operations.

In addition, the role will involve preparing financial accounts, supporting budgeting activities, and managing financial information and reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring IBA transactions are processed accurately and within strict deadlines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
