We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our Accounts Payable team in Liverpool on a 12 month fixed term basis.
You’ll Make An Impact By
- Undertaking various Accounts Payable activities ensuring consistency and reliability of service against deadlines and targets
- Delivering consistently high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Adherence to and understanding of financial controls and regulatory requirements
- Ability to cope with unexpected fluctuations in volumes and urgent demands and demonstrate a flexible approach to meeting these.
- Responding speedily and effectively to queries ensuring prompt resolution of issues
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to continuous personal and professional development

Your Skills And Experience
- Experience in Accounts Payable activities including invoice and payment processing with an understanding of Vendor management and E-Invoicing
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office particularly Excel
- Excellent time management skills with evidence of meeting deadlines
- Able to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands efficiently
- Clear and effective communication skills
