An established international law firm is seeking a Finance or Banking Solicitor to join its growing finance team in Birmingham.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of banking and finance matters, including real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending, acting on both regional and national transactions.
The successful candidate will work on high-quality, complex matters for a diverse client base and will be given early responsibility alongside experienced partners.
Key Clients Include
- UK clearing banks
- International and investment banks
- Independent and alternative funders
- Corporate and institutional borrowers

- Solid technical grounding in banking and finance matters
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing capability
