About the Role
Belgrave's lender panel has grown past 100 funders, and the deals coming through the door are increasingly ones other brokers turned away or couldn't move fast enough on. We need another broker on the desk who can take that volume and place it well.
Belgrave Finance is a commercial finance brokerage for UK limited companies, arranging business loans, invoice finance, bridging finance, and acquisition finance. We're an NACFB member, we work across a panel of over 100 lenders rather than pushing one product from one funder, and we've built a reputation around speed and access, including for adverse credit and time-critical cases that mainstream lenders won't touch.
3 months in, you'll be running your own live pipeline of deals across most of our product lines, you'll know which lenders on our panel to go to for which type of case without needing to check, and you'll have started building your own referral relationships rather than relying purely on leads that come to you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Qualify each enquiry and structure it against the right product and lender rather than forcing every deal down the same path.
- Own the pipeline from first conversation through packaging, submission, and completion.
- Build direct relationships across our lender panel so you can move quickly when a deal needs to complete against the clock.
- Develop your own referral network among, other intermediaries, and NACFB contacts.

Required:
- Experience in commercial finance broking, asset finance, or a comparable B2B lending or sales role.
