Role Description
This full-time Finance Broker role is based in Chelmsford with a hybrid working arrangement, combining office-based collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Finance Broker will assess client needs, review financial information, and recommend appropriate funding solutions across commercial finance, personal finance, and insurance-related products.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Managing client enquiries
- Preparing and submitting finance applications
- Liaising with lenders and underwriters
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies
The role also involves:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Following up on application progress
- Providing clear, timely communication to clients throughout the funding process

The Finance Broker will contribute to business development by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities within the local and wider market.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems to document cases, track applications, and maintain accurate records.
